Refund Policy
We want you to be confident in your purchase. If Ultrawider doesn't work for you, we will refund you in full within the windows described below, no questions asked.
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
Every paid plan — Pro Monthly, Pro Annual, and Pro Lifetime — comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee, starting from the date your initial payment is processed. Within those 30 days you can request a full refund for any reason or no reason at all.
2. What is covered
- Pro Monthly — full refund of the first monthly payment within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Pro Annual — full refund of the first annual payment within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Pro Lifetime — full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. No refunds are issued after that 30-day window.
3. What is not covered
- Renewal charges on monthly or annual subscriptions (after the initial 30-day window). You can prevent these by cancelling before the renewal date — see section 6.
- Lifetime purchases more than 30 days after the original transaction date.
- Refund requests where there is clear evidence of fraud or abuse (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles).
None of the above limits any non-waivable statutory right of withdrawal you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
4. How to request a refund
Send an email to hello@ultrawider.net with the subject line "Refund Request". Please include:
- the email address you used at checkout;
- the date of purchase, if known;
- the transaction ID or NOWPayments receipt, if available.
We will confirm receipt within 1 business day and issue qualifying refunds within 5 to 7 business days back to the original payment method. We do not need to know why you are requesting a refund, but we always appreciate honest feedback so we can improve.
5. Processing times and currency
Refunds are processed in the same currency and to the same payment method as the original transaction. Depending on your payment provider, the funds may take additional days to appear on your statement after we issue them. Any currency-conversion differences between the date of purchase and the date of refund are determined by your payment provider and are not within our control.
6. Cancelling future renewals
Recurring subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing hello@ultrawider.net. After cancellation you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not pro-rate partial periods.
We strongly recommend cancelling before a renewal date if you do not intend to continue using the Service, since renewals outside the initial 30-day window are not refundable as a matter of policy (subject to mandatory consumer-protection law).
7. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please email us first — we almost always resolve issues faster than a bank or card-network chargeback. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution and may, in cases of repeated abuse, result in suspension of the affected account.
8. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any statutory right of withdrawal, cancellation, or refund that you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Where local law grants a more generous right than this policy, that local law prevails to the extent of the conflict.
